Geoff Green

Geoff has been active in the Houston-area multifamily housing industry as an investor and property manager since 2006. He holds a B.B.A. in economics and an M.B.A. with a concentration in finance, both from Sam Houston State University, and is a licensed real estate broker in Texas. Within the field of economics, Geoff holds a particular interest in game theory and how it can be leveraged to incentivize superior outcomes in property management.

Kim Lea, CAM, CAPS

Kim joined the Cornerstone team in 2013. She brings with her 25+ years in the multi-family industry in all management capacities. Kim specializes in the oversight of Class A and B communities.

Lorena Eguia, CAM, CAPS

Lorena joined the Cornerstone team in 2014 and specializes in the supervision of distressed assets.
